Use of the observatory, account tiers, and public data surfaces remains governed by the published terms below.

Agreement
By using wAether, you agree to these terms for the site, dashboard, APIs, and account services.
Accounts and purchases
- Premium features unlock through Stripe subscriptions tied to your account.
- You are responsible for your credentials, device access, and billing status.
- Refund requests are handled through support or Stripe policies unless local law requires otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, dismantle, or derive source code from the service.
- Do not harvest data without permission, overload infrastructure, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with wAether.
Data sources and availability
Public data comes from NOAA, NASA, USGS, and related providers. Those feeds can be late, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable, and the service is provided as-is.
Termination and changes
We may terminate or suspend access to the service for conduct that violates these terms. Material changes to the terms will be communicated by in-app notice or email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
